Don’t forget to book lodging and buy tickets soon! Prices go up each week, and we only have a limited number of hotel rooms at the rates we negotiated.
One of the key design goals of Edge Esmeralda is default healthy living. Our popup village will be a testing ground for health and longevity — an environment where health is the rule, not the exception.
A big piece of this is walking & biking everywhere, rather than getting in your car. Our goal is for every resident to leave Edge Esmeralda healthier than when they arrived!
Transportation to Healdsburg
Here are a few ideas for how you can get up to Edge Esmeralda:
Consider carpooling with a fellow Edge Esmeralda attendee!
You can arrange a carpool using the attendee Telegram group from San Francisco or Santa Rosa Airport. (The invite to Telegram group is in your EE acceptance email!) There is a specific “Carpool” topic in the chat, which includes a link to a spreadsheet to coordinate rides.
Ubers from San Francisco are ~$130 - $150 for a standard Uber.
Ubers from Santa Rosa are ~$20
Groome Transportation is offering EE attendees a 20% discount: GRC7018
Groome drives between:
Santa Rosa Airport (STS)
San Francisco Pier 27, San Francisco Airport (SFO), & Oakland Airport (OAK) *check the dates as it doesn’t run everyday
Healdsburg is a 10 minute drive from Santa Rosa Airport (STS). Here are some options to get to/from Healdsburg from STS:

Transportation within Healdsburg
While you’re at Edge Esmeralda, we will have shuttles to any of the venues or activities that are farther than walking distance away. These will pick-up from the hotels, and we will share timing in the Telegram group and on our our event calendar.
Healdsburg also has a great local shuttle service, here is the schedule and the Hotel Trio shuttle is free for all guests of the hotel.
We will also have a large selection of bikes to rent for everyone, including kids. The bikes are used beach cruisers, and will be available to rent for $75 for the week and $125 the month at the Hotel Trio, as well as a lock. Please buy your own helmet and purchase bike lights.
We planned all of our venues around a 7-minute bike path, which runs along a river (video below!). We’re calling it Serendipity Lane, because it's where you'll bump into fellow attendees between sessions and go for walks with new friends!
Looking forward to biking with you in June! 🌞

I love a good bike path
Where are the shuttles? Nowhere to be found. Not shared on the calendar.
