Housing for Edge Esmeralda 2024
How lodging will work at the popup village this June in Healdsburg
UPDATE: Prices increase May 4th, so we recommend that you make your plans ASAP to get the early bird pricing on tickets & lodging. Buy tickets → · Book lodging →
Hey everyone! Our team is incredibly excited for Edge Esmeralda, and we’re happy to see how excited you all are too.
We wanted to share more details about how lodging will work in Healdsburg:
By default, you’re responsible for your own accommodation
We recommend booking a place walking distance to the town square if possible, so that you don’t need a car to get around.
Healdsburg is full of lovely hotels and homes that you can rent through AirBNB, VRBO, Stay Healdsburg, etc.
Our local partner Debi Sacco can help you find a home via Wine Country Lodging. Make sure to tell her you’re coming for Edge Esmeralda and she’ll prioritize you!
If you know people who live in the area, you can ask to stay with them.
Here are the hotels where we’ve negotiated group discounts, though we have not reserved rooms in these (unlike the hotels mentioned in the section below):
River Belle Inn (click the link and the discount code will be automatically applied)
Explore the Artisan Lodges portfolio for guest house, king suites or boutique Inn accommodations in downtown Healdsburg. Unlock a 15% -20% discount on your stay by using Promo Code: EdgeEsmeralda when you book online, or call Artisan Lodges at 707.395.0929
If you run a hotel in Healdsburg and you’re interested in partnering with us, reach out to our team at info@edgeesmeralda.com.
Here’s an optional directory to coordinate with other attendees. (Note that we will not be managing those conversations, that's up to you.) Use this list to:
Coordinate shared housing where you stay together at the same time.
Book a single stay with someone who will be there at a different time from you to take advantage of longer-term rates. (You will save 14% transient occupancy tax by booking for 30+ days.)
Get creative! You can also use it to prepare sessions, workshops, and other events with attendees. More on that later.
If you’re looking to reduce costs, here are a few ideas:
Negotiate a rental and find others to share it with.
Rent a camper van and get a spot at a local Sonoma campsite. If you’re interested in this, email us at info@edgeesmeralda.com and we’ll put you in touch with other folks who are taking this approach.
Share a room. After all, given all the community activities and amenities, you won’t be spending a lot of time in your room!
However, we’ve reserved some hotel rooms & homes
We’ve worked hard to partner with local hotels to provide dramatically reduced rates for lodging. Thank you to the Healdsburg hotels who have offered generous nightly rates to help make this opportunity feasible for more people!
Our intention for these reservations is to ensure some availability, especially for folks who are going to spend extended periods of time at Edge Esmeralda.
We will prioritize people who are staying for the full month or multiple weeks, so if you are coming for a shorter period of time, plan to book your own accommodation.
Two week to month-long stays: $50 - $299 / night*
We have lined up multiple hotel options, including some with kitchenettes
40 hotel rooms are heavily subsidized
Shorter than two weeks: $270 - $390 / night*
Same hotel options but higher pricing, as we want to encourage longer stays and immersing yourself in the popup village for as long as possible
*These are the early bird prices. Prices increase May 4th, so we recommend that you make plans ASAP! Buy tickets → · Book lodging →
If you’re a local with space for people to stay, let us know!
Respond in the comments below with information about how attendees can contact you or book their stay, or reach out to our team at info@edgeesmeralda.com if you’re interested in partnering with us.
If you have questions, remember to look to the FAQ. This email list will be our primary channel to share more info as June draws closer, and you can also follow us @joinEdgeCity and @devonzuegel.
See you in June!

Hello all! We have Isis Oasis Sanctuary six miles (ten minutes) up the 101 from Healdsburg. We are a 45-year old retreat center with a long commitment to creating alternative future scenarios and celebrating diversity and freedom of mind. We are a Goddess temple and animal sanctuary with both self-contained houses and individual lodge rooms, in a beautiful natural environment directly adjacent to the heart of Geyserville. We are best for those seeking good value in an unusual and rustic environment. As of this writing we still have some availability during the Edge Esmeralda event. High speed commercial internet service is available at various places around our 10-acre site. Please check us out at https://isisoasissanctuary.org/index.php/temple/ or contact me directly at tregula@msn.com or isisoasistoi@gmail.com. We also have meeting spaces, a temple theater with seating for 100+, a large swimming pool and hottubs, and a full commercial kitchen and dining area which also seats 100.
